8:30 -- 10 pm, Class 1:  Tango techniques for leaders & followers that allow you to maintain your balance and dance well with anyone.
10:15 – 11:45 pm, Class 2:   Milonga: one sequence...7 options.

Gustavo and María have taught regular classes at La Nacional and the historic SALÓN CANNING in Buenos Aires. Their clear, technique-based teaching methods are in demand at festivals and workshops all over the world. They perform at the most popular milongas in Buenos Aires, including Salón Canning, Porteño y Bailarín, Parakultural, Maipu 444, Viejo Correo, Confiteria Ideal, Torquato Tasso and La Milonguita. Representative of the new generation of milongueros, they dance tango salon as it is danced in the dance halls of Buenos Aires. They are especially known for their musicality, agility and elegant but playful style of social dance. Maria's lightening-fast feet will AMAZE you, and if you've never seen Gustavo's "milonga moonwalk," get ready! Gustavo is also the author of "The New Glossary of Tango Dance," on sale at the classes (accompanying DVD included). Maria’s new “Techniques for Followers” DVD will also be available for purchase.
