Floridita, founded by entrepreneur Eric Dandridge. Each week Los Angeles’ best tango dancers
gather at this exciting venue to dance, see performances from visiting world

on a typical Wednesday evening at the hippest event in town, Milonga El
Floridita, founded by entrepreneur Eric Dandridge. Each week Los Angeles’ best tango dancers
gather at this exciting venue to dance, see performances from visiting world
class talent and savor the scene that has evolved there.
Since its opening, “MEF” has become the “it”
venue not only for the finest in LA’s tango community but also for the general
public, who show up each week to soak in MEF’s ambiance and enjoy the spectacle
of beautiful people dancing Argentina’s “delicate dance.”

M3, The Monthly Mobile Milonga (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
The Ministry of Tango is pleased to announce the next M3, the Monthly Mobile Milonga, will be held on Sunday, June 17, 6-10pm. As always, M3 is a community-building effort that is FREE for all!
This month, M3 is going to visit the sea. M3 is being held at a dance hall in a gated community in Malibu!

M3 is a collaborative effort made possible by the hard work of the employees and volunteers at the Ministry of Tango. However, the success of M3 depends on you--the members of the community at large--and your participation in the event.

If you'd like to make a request or suggestion, please do. Make your requests early so you can know when we'll be playing YOUR song!
Every month the Ministry sponsors a milonga at a different location to help promote good will, togetherness and a warm and welcoming attitude to all members of the tango community, new and familiar. We hope that by bringing tango to less tango-ed spots that we will encourage and foster growth of tango in that area.

on a typical Wednesday evening at the hippest event in town, Milonga El
Floridita, founded by entrepreneur Eric Dandridge. Each week Los Angeles’ best tango dancers
gather at this exciting venue to dance, see performances from visiting world
class talent and savor the scene that has evolved there.
Since its opening, “MEF” has become the “it”
venue not only for the finest in LA’s tango community but also for the general
public, who show up each week to soak in MEF’s ambiance and enjoy the spectacle
of beautiful people dancing Argentina’s “delicate dance.”

Sandor & Parissa have choreographed and performed on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, and been announced as “The Most Spectacular Argentine Tango Dancers in the World”.
Internationally acclaimed performers and Tango Masters, Sandor & Parissa are the principal dancers in Magique Tango Vivo !, a show created, directed, and choreographed by Sandor, which has toured with outstanding reviews. Sandor was the coach for the Gold-Medalist Argentine Tango Duet on NBC’s Superstars of Dance 2009, and with Parissa assisting he choreographs many of the Argentine Tangos on ABC’s DWTS, starting with the one performed by Cheryl Burke & Gilles Marini, which was voted “The Best Argentine Tango” ever performed by a celebrity competitor on DWTS.
Sandor, originally from
Buenos Aires,
Argentina, was a principal dancer in the original cast of the Broadway/London hit show Forever Tango, nominated for the Tony Award “Best Choreography”. He has also choreographed and danced in Latin Spectacular at the Hollywood Bowl. He has been featured in Passions Latines at the Olympia Theatre in Paris, the Warner Brothers’ film Mambo Kings, and the PBS TV Special Tango Magic. Sandor has been honored with The Carlos Gardel Tango Lifetime Achievement Award.
Parissa has worked with Antonio Banderas as his Ballroom and Tango coach to prepare him for the movie Take the Lead, and she has worked with
Halle
Berry as her Latin Dance choreographer for a Revlon commercial. Together, Sandor & Parissa have performed and choreographed for countless Television, Film, and Theatrical Productions around the world. They have also choreographed for Olympic and World Champion Ice Dancers.
