Floridita, founded by entrepreneur Eric Dandridge. Each week Los Angeles’ best tango dancers

We encourage you to dance with new friends and new dancers to strengthen our already tight community.
M3 is a collaborative effort made possible by the hard work of the employees and volunteers at the Ministry of Tango. However, the success of M3 depends on you--the members of the community at large--and your participation in the event.

Every month the Ministry sponsors a milonga at a different location to help promote good will, togetherness and a warm and welcoming attitude to all members of the tango community, new and familiar. We hope that by bringing tango to less tango-ed spots that we will encourage and foster growth of tango in that area.

Floridita, founded by entrepreneur Eric Dandridge. Each week Los Angeles’ best tango dancers

Saturday night of the year, The Tango
Room
magically transforms into EL ENCUENTRO (The Encounter) ...a tango
club much like you would find in Buenos Aires,
Argentina. An intimate gathering place for the tango
experience at its raw, hypnotic, pulsating best! Please join us and step back into an era when people
dressed up and danced close. 9:30 p.m. - until the
candle lights go out. (Admission includes a light
buffet)
Well-lit parking on street and behind
the building. Several nice restaurants nearby.
Beautiful, medium-sized floor. Hosted by Julie,

Promenade San Telmo Nica Outdoor Milonga (6:00 PM)
San Tel Mo nica milonga- The longest running year-round outdoor milonga in the world !!!! (on our 11th year)
And as always FREE!
Come enjoy the ocean-fresh air and the friendly people of Santa Monica while dancing under the trees, street lamps, and the evening sky. People will gawk and watch in wonder and may even join in-spurred by their own passion- filled reveries as they imagine themselves twirling across the dimly-lit dance floors of Buenos Aires milongas.
